It seems a lot of people are skipping breakfast these days.  Everyone is always in a hurry to get out the door in the morning, that they decide to just skip it.  Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.  If you skip out on breakfast, you are setting yourself up to eat more later in the day. 

Breakfast cereals have become a go to for a quick breakfast.  There is no preparation involved and cereal can be eaten rather quickly.  But, if you are eating sugar laden cereals, you are not doing yourself any good.  Cereal can be a very healthy breakfast, if you choose the right ones.  Here are the healthiest breakfast cereals that are also very tasty.

Kashi Honey Sunshine-Little whole grain corn pillows with a touch of honey; 6 grams of fiber; no artifical sweeteners flavors or preservatives
